Ethical Management Practices
Cattle and Sheep are rotational grazed
- Over 30 pastures varying from 2 to 10 acres in size
- Temporary cross fencing increasing forage utilization
- All pastures have access to spring water via underground water lines and float-controlled tanks
Pigs are raised outdoors but under cover when young and given access to pastures and woodlots when larger
No herbicides or pesticides are used on the pastures
No growth hormones or steroids are given to any livestock
No antibiotics are administered (unless necessary to treat a sick animal- almost never)
